2025's Year-End Awards Banquet

At the conclusion of each show season, a banquet is held for all VBHSA members.
We come together to celebrate and congratulate those members who scored in the top six of divisions and those who earned special awards and trophies.

Congratulations to the VBHSA members and their equestrian partners who have worked hard, trained hard and competed with the VBHSA throughout the show season.

  • Must be polished and engraved prior to returning.
  • May be returned to any board member.
  • Deadline for returning trophies is December 1st.
  • A fine will be levied if they are not

  • 6:00pm - Lobby doors open

      • Raffle Tickets
        $1 ea/ $10 for 20 / $20 for 24
      • Wrist bands for unlimited alcoholic beverages
        $30 ea
      • Wrist bands for unlimited non-alcoholic beverages
        $12 ea
    • Complimentary sweet tea & raspberry lemonade will be available throughout the evening
    • Military Aviation Museum doors will be open to VBHSA members and there guest.
    • Cocktails will be available
      • There will be two bars
      • ID's will be checked
      • You must have a wristband
  • 6:30pm - Doors to hangar area open
    • Tables will have barn logos on them
  • 6:45pm - Welcome & Dinner

  • 7:15pm - 8:30 Presentation of the Awards
    • Year End Equitation and Hunter Award winners will be listed in pages 14 - 23 of the program
    • Year End Trohpy Winners will be announced

    • Do not have to be present to win
    • Junior Representatives will be coming by your table to sell tickets.
