Pre-enter Show

Pre-entry Rules:

• Pre-entry forms for our shows are available 4 weeks prior to show date or the day after the closing of the prior show, depending on show schedules.
• *Pre-entries close at 12 noon on the Thursday prior to show day.
• The show secretary will accept entries on the day of the show.

Scratches and changes to entries

• Email us no later than 12 noon on the Friday prior to the show. mail
• Failure to report scratch will result in fine of cost of scratched division/class.

Stall Cancellations

• Show venue coordinates the assignment of stalls and must be contacted directly by phone or text no later than 12:00 noon on the Friday prior to the show.
• Failure to cancel stall reservation will result in a fine of the stall fee

Coggins

• A valid Coggins must be presented to the show secretary for filing with the VBHSA. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
